Today we are thankful for Grandpa Daycare. Ever since I knew I would be getting married and returning to Lander I have been hoping that by the time we decided to have kids that my parents would be both willing and able to provide at least some childcare for us while we were working. About the time we found out we were pregnant, my mom learned that she would be granted a "retire/rehire" package that would be just too good to pass up. Surprisingly, my Dad, who had already been retired for a year, excitedly stepped right up to the plate and offered to be our main daycare source! It has been SO wonderful for us and Jayme. Knowing my baby girl is with someone who loves her so much, and is totally devoted to her when she is with him has made it so much easier for me to return to work full time! Jayme is a spoiled little girl and loving her time with her Grandpa. She doesn't understand yet how lucky she is...but we do and we are so thankful! Today we give thanks for Grandpa Daycare.
